Our team members monitor health symptoms on a regular basis. We self test when there is any chance that we may have Covid-19. If we test positive we will reschedule your appliance repair appointment to insure you and your family’s safety. In order to insure our team members also stay healthy and safe please refer to the listed guidelines below:

• When possible, keep at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and the service technician.
• We will wear a mask to protect you and your household upon request.

• We will regularly wash hands with soap and water: when entering and leaving the home or community setting; when adjusting or putting on or off face masks; or before putting on and after taking off disposable gloves. If soap and water are not readily available, we will use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
• We launder work uniforms or clothes after each use with the warmest appropriate water setting for the items and dry items completely.
